Good Now to you. We are pleased to be joining you again in this format. It is an ideal time to be coming together with the intention of slowing and opening and becoming peace. Your ideas of peace are very conditioned by your ideas of conflict but peace is not something to strive towards, as an escape from conflict. It is not the opposite of conflict. And because you have so much experience with conflict peace becomes attractive as relief. But this is not the peace we speak of when we ask you or we propose to you that you have to ability to be peace.

We know this because you already are.
Each of you is the peace you seek.

The behaviors are not out of your control, the ones for which you judge yourself and judging yourself for judging themself. So how do you embody what you already are, how do you show yourself in this world as that peace. Step away from these behaviours that you see within yourself that are not aligned with your ideas of what peace is. How do you come to act and be ? That change that you do want to see in the world.
Well give yourself some credit, because you are doing it right now. Your intention to be here to listen to these words at this moment in time is enough for you to be the peace. Because in this moment you have chosen. And if you can choose in one moment, you can choose in any of them.

This does not mean that you need to retreat to a mountain top and spend all of your time in meditation. We do not suggest that for anyone for whom it is not their path. And for the majority of you it is not your path. But the energy and the frequency and the essence that you are experiencing in this moment is being recorded within you.

And feel how good just being is.
Feel how good breathing and sensing that you are alive is.
And as it is a recording and it is registered within you consciously that you are peace.
You will have access to a play button at any time you so choose in moments or experiences in which there is agitation or reaction.
As you actively recall this sensation you again come back to this vibration.

Let us feel where the peace is inside of you, can you pinpoint it ?
In the same way you can pinpoint fear or sadness.
Fear can be in the stomach, the heart, the throat perhaps. [ Sadness in them ? 08:01 08:01]

But where is peace located ?
If you have found a location within yourself, that you have said 'Yes, This is the house and the home of peace' then we invite you to check your right earlobe, or your left toe, or the space 6 meters to your southwest and see if that sensation is not there as well.

For the truth is we could have named this gathering, becoming peace, being peace, or being you and it would have has the same content. There is no separation between your highest self and your true essence and a state of pure peace, pure relaxation and neutrality.

The reason why peace seems elusive as an emotion is because it is not. Peace is simply what you are when you are not adding thought and emotion and circumstance to yourself.
So you have permission in this now, to shake off thought, emotion, circumstance. To greet this now as peace, as yourself.

Can you feel, sense or see how, when you have aligned with yourself and when you have aligned with peace that is you, that there simply is no conflict. There is no desire to harm or change or combat, and we have compassion because you are conditioned and there is the potential for fear, sadness, anger, any form of baggage that you have been carrying to arise and for you to perhaps believe that peace is elusive to you or that is difficult to uncover. And we would say that in these cases if you are having feelings that seem to be blocking your state of beingness then to simply be with that.

If you are sad, allow yourself to be at peace with the fact that you are sad. If there is rage, you have permission to be at peace with your anger. If you are gripped in fear, then being at peace with that fear is really the only solution. It does not make you more vulnerable to the emotion because you are invulnerable to emotion. And in finding that peace with the emotion, you have found yourself again. The energy will dissipate and you are all that remains.

Take the sensations of calm and knowing, clarity, safety, allow them to be written upon you in the deepest roots of your conscious and subconscious and unconscious minds. Imagine if you will the synapses in your brain, wiring this frequency, shooting the message across the gap, and the gap becoming more narrow. Imagine in your brain the light, the light that is this message, that is your brains response to it, repeatedly shooting across those synapses and increasing speed, increasing frequency, until it is moving so fast that you cannot see the individual electrical impulse and it seems as if it is simply connected.
You have rewired your brain to accept that peace simply is who you are. And because you have rewired it, it is. And it was.

Please note that peace in your external circumstances between the beings that you are, in your relations works in much the same way as you may imagine each of yourselves as receptor, your role in your experience is to receive the information that has been passed from another self to send information back, and if suitable to form connection. Each exchange that you have with another self, that has the flavor or energy of peace within it is rewiring your entire planet to run on that new model. Take this too into your day into your experience to all of your relations and remember that each time you are firing the energy of peace to another receptor or receiving the energy of peace from you are creating that connection. And when the entire mind, collective mind of your beings is wired towards peace there will be no more ability to harm. And each of these rewirings requires repeated input and patterning and it is in your power. You have the choice in each moment.

And we retain that you are already peace. It is simply a question of forgetting all that you are not.

To conclude we invite you to envision the others that are in this moment sharing this experience with you and to tap into that energy that you have felt that is peace within you and extend it outwards as filaments from your being, to the hearts of each of those who are listening at this same time as you. And do it with intention and feel how their intention is arriving to you. This is powerful when you are in a group to connect in this way.

And know that you are always connected in all ways to the entire of existence and that if you ever feel alone all you need do is ask and the universe will respond.
