These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Site and all related services and content (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
The Site and Services are available worldwide to users of legal age in their jurisdiction (generally 18+).
1. Services and audience
Our Site provides spiritual guidance, personal development content, online materials, and related services for personal growth and well-being. These are available globally to individuals of legal age in their jurisdiction.
2. Nature of services and disclaimers
The Services are intended solely to support personal development, self-reflection, and spiritual exploration. They are educational and experiential in nature.

3. Account registration and access
Certain Services require a user account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and bear responsibility for account activity. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violations.
4. Intellectual property
All Site content (text, videos, audio, graphics, materials) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
5. Prices, currency, and payments
Prices are in euros (€), inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated at checkout. Payments are due in full via listed methods. Contract forms upon order confirmation email. Prices may change for future purchases.
6. Right of withdrawal (cooling-off)
6.1 General rule
EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian Consumer Code (Art. 52–59). Notify us within 14 days via one@jpherman.com with order details.
Period starts from contract conclusion for services/digital content.
6.2 Early performance
Requesting service start before 14 days ends means you consent to performance and accept proportional payment if withdrawing later.
6.3 Exceptions
Right lost for fully performed services/digital content with your prior express consent and acknowledgment at purchase.
7. Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows
Sessions may be cancelled/rescheduled up to 48 hours before without charge. Late changes or no-shows forfeit the fee, subject to mandatory law. We may reschedule for valid reasons with credit options.
8. Membership terms
Memberships auto-renew until cancelled (effective end of period). Access is personal and non-transferable. Proportional payment may apply for early withdrawal under EU rules.
If a payment dispute is issued with your card provider access will be suspended immediately until resolution of said dispute.
9. Technical requirements and availability
Digital content and online sessions may require suitable hardware, software, and internet connection. You are responsible for ensuring you meet these technical requirements.
We strive to keep the Site and Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect access.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions, we shall not be liable for:

In any case, the competent court will be that of your place of residence or domicile as required by the Italian Consumer Code, or, for non‑consumer users, the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
