Good Day to you. We are pleased to be meeting with you in this way. In this now moment. It is our intention to meet all of your intentions for this interaction, and to share in the enjoyment of coming to know more of yourself in a deeper way. How are you ?
Q: Ok it's great to be here.
V: Yes, as we feel there is a seed of intention within you or specific curiosity, we would like to hear how you would express that.
Q: Yes I am very curious about learning from many different channeled entities. about the nature of reality, in a practical way, so in a way that we can apply to our lives in the easiest way. So I suppose my first, what I would like to ask you first.
Q01: When it comes to the nature of reality and the way which we create our own reality, what, how could you explain the nature of personal beliefs and what we should do with them ?
V: [05:49 05:49] Well the nature of reality is that you create your reality, what you believe in in fact what is presented to you, in reality there is no way for anything that you do not believe to be presented to you, this is a beautiful see-saw or reflection, when you have reality presented to you, you are looking directly at your belief system and when you are looking at your belief system you can predict the reality that you would like to see, the majority of humans are in the state of looking at reality and discovering that it is in alignment with their beliefs that they already have, what they are not necessarily doing which is the path of study that you have been on for some time now is looking at the beliefs first in order to consciously create ones reality.
There is of course levels of cocreation, and collective consciousness, that the collective beliefs do still have a democratic vote, lets say, using that word lightly that the majority does still indeed rule upon certain collective experiences, that you are choosing all together, the individual has much power over their individual experience, but when looking into the collective will have a reflection of what the collective beliefs are. The practical way to use your beliefs is to become the curator of the beliefs that are in your system, which we know in your case has been a project or a endeavor that you have been experimenting with and having much success with, but there are core beliefs, that remain that you are still let's say, chewing on. Q02: Right. And what do you, in terms of these beliefs that I am chewing on or other people are also doing, What is the approach ? So specifically I am asking of course we can do things like we would call like shadow work, or inner child healing, and all those things which then seem to there seems to be a contradiction, because those things end up putting an extra focus on those beliefs, or exacerbating the belief, or putting a magnifying glass, really emphasizing it, whereas, for example from reading Seth, then none of that is necessary or even listening to Abraham, like looking at, doing that, is not necessary, that they say that you can change these big beliefs the ones that we are really chewing on. In the now, always in the present moment, and that, while it might take some effort to get the momentum going in the right direction that we ultimately don't need to be digging into our past, so I am interested in yeah, what are your suggestions on how to deal with or upgrade or evolve, these beliefs that we are chewing on, that are a little bit stuck.
V: [ 09:34 09:34] Yes, there is in fact no need to do any of that work, which is in the end, human work, it is work on the subconscious, and the psyche, it is work that one would drag the past, which is not in the now, into the present to be able to dismantle beliefs, based upon perceived trauma. However, you must recall that all of your perception is simply in the 'not now' and your mental space is simply recording like a tape recorder the events of your life, through a mental container. It is much like a computer, so like the traumas or experiences that you have had in the past, that have helped you to formulate beliefs that perhaps are not serving you now, do not necessary need to be dragged up, and rewritten, one can rewrite the operating system or the program, in this now as is instructed by these other or parallel sources, that you have cited. However, if your belief is that you are human and that you do have limitation and the inability to rerecord in this spontaneous manner, then there are tools and tricks and techniques that are helpful to you, to be able to reflect upon using your human mind, the events that your believe to have occurred to you in the past, and to dismantle or unravel or untangle the energy that is trapped within you, your mental and physical and emotional and spiritual bodies, relating to that perceived event. What we are saying is, both approaches are valid. Both approaches are useful and that there is no actual need to fear, for example the approach of inner child work or shadow work because it is not in fact lowering ones vibration or preventing one from arriving at their desired state of being or their desired manifest reality, because if those modalities or practices seem to be useful to oneself then it is as part of the human experience, or the experience of being incarnate. The perfect path and journey for that being, it is not probable or necessary that each and every one of you has a quantum leap from a belief that is not serving to a belief that is serving, there are modalities that can also function in this manner, and your entire life is an experiment, we know that your referenced source always says that " You cannot get it wrong' and " It is never done", so this would fit into that category as well. [ 12:59 12:69 - ref: Abraham/Esther Hicks. ] While you may at any point choose a new belief, your inner being or higher self may also still want to have the experience of resolving it, as in resolving a trauma or a belief, from ones perceived past. There is no correct way, to dismantle a belief, there is no correct mode to approach ones life, but there are the opportunities and the abilities to do so. And the main factor that will aid you on your journey, since this is what the question is in the first place. Is to follow your intention and intuition, follow what is exciting to you, if inner child work is exciting this week, or shadow work is exciting this week, or jumping in a quantum fashion is exciting this week, then follow all of those, there is no specific benefit or detriment to any of them and the key is your intention. Once you have seen a belief that does not serve you, you are bound to, in any which way, dismantle and resolve that within yourself to something that does serve. [14:37 14:37]
Q: Ok, Thank you.
Q03: Further just on that last point. When you say that when we recognize a belief that does not serve us sometimes it seems that you can like simultaneously acknowledge that there is a belief that does not serve you. And yet you want to still hold on to it, so the letting go or the wanting to adjust the belief or even completely change the belief, is that desire, but then there is that part that really does seem to be subconscious that has the opposite desire which is to hold on to the belief and it is is stronger than the desire to evolve the belief, so how do we work with that, because that can seem, you can seem to have so much awareness, and at the same time feel like you have no power over this new awareness.
V: [15:59 15:59] Yes the limiting belief, or the belief that you have found, no longer serves you, you have found no longer serves you on a conscious level. On a subconscious level you are continuing to use it to your service, the ability to understand why a belief that is no longer serving you, is still serving you, is the way out of that belief. An example would be that one has a belief that they are unlovable, they hold this belief, they see that it is affecting them and their relationships, and they have decided it doesn't serve them so they begin a journey towards self love, so that they can start to believe that they are indeed loveable, however they are triggered on a regular basis, with experiences and relationships and interactions that continue to show them that they hold the older belief that they are not lovable, that love is not arriving at them freely and flowing. And as this being, stops and digs deeper into the belief of being unlovable, they may find that underneath that there is the belief that remaining unlovable, will save them from emotional pain, down the road, because if they are unlovable now, and they know that they are, then they cannot possibly be deluded by another self, with which they fall in love. For example. When one sees what the beliefs are actually serving then you can dismantle the further untying of the belief system. Because it is not ever one simple belief, that is caging and binding you, it is a system or a network of beliefs that are connected to each other that have been created always in your benefit. So, there is actually no belief that is not serving you, all of your beliefs that you hold negative or positive in this moment are serving you in some fashion. Normally what they are serving you in, is to protect you from something that you do not need protecting from. So back to the example of our friend with the unlovability, they believe they need to protect themselves from the eventuality of trusting another human being and being disappointed, so they are trying to protect themselves from this disappointment. However their is no need to protect oneself from ones emotions, digging deep enough one can realize that the true belief that needs to be unraveled is that ones emotions can harm you, or that they are in some way potentially dangerous to you. Your emotions are not dangerous, working on these very very core beliefs and there are very few of them, will allow many of the residue beliefs that affect your day to day life to fall off 'on their own accord'. The one way to maintain your sense of balance as you do this work and as you find that you are not able. Or you believe yourself to be powerless in the dismantling of a belief system is to have deep compassion for yourself and to realize that there is no pressing engagement. There is no end goal in this work, that your state of being and feeling good, even during this difficult process or this potentially or perceived difficult process, is the highest importance, and to allow yourself to be gentle with yourself as you attempt this process, so when you see a belief that does not serve you, and you find yourself falling into the same patterns that you always have you may allow yourself the compassion and forgiveness to go " Well I have done slightly better than I did the other time, because I have more awareness on this". You are not powerless, you are so powerful that you are holding on to the old belief because you believe it still serves you.[ 20:48 20:48]
Q04: Yes, I say that. I say that we, especially like we say some of these core beliefs of which there are not so many and yes, so that varies, so that has one aspect to it. I want to talk about as well, I wanted to ask about beliefs that do not have a deep root and are perhaps less attached to some of these core beliefs that we have developed from early on or potentially you know from past lives. You know I read something from a friend today, saying that she was suffering with her allergies, now that it's spring, and she decided that she did not want to, she did not want to suffer any more and that she would choose to believe differently and she chose to focus on all the times in the springtime when she didn't suffer from allergies and from her account it was as easy as that to change her belief about having allergies in the springtime and she said she hasn't suffered with any allergies for days. Or maybe for over a week, so when it comes to these sorts of they are, we are less attached to these beliefs because something like that doesn't exist all year, it's seasonal, so if there is a belief, for example with myself, if I believe that I suffer when it is the summertime, so I don't have have this belief all the time, I don't even think I have had it for my entire life, I've strengthened the belief over time, so will something like that, what would you recommend, as a way to approach upgrading or evolving that belief into a more wanted belief, such as 'Sometime is very comfortable and enjoyable for me' So what would be some steps or tips on how to move from one to the other on something that is a more surface level, or appears to be a more surface level belief.
V: [23:20 23:20] Yes, again, it seems that this belief is superficial, but in some way it is serving you. The belief that summer is uncomfortable for you and the actions and the experiences that you have because you hold this belief are in some ways serving you. So if it is the case of you do not like the heat and you say to everybody 'I don't like the heat' there could be many reasons why that is serving you. To focus on it, to make it into a much larger issue than it is, there are many of you who do not like to be sweaty and heated and yet do not allow it to influence them in any way because they are not holding on to that belief. Like you said, you did not have this belief for ever, it is something that you have created, you have crafted it. And perhaps it is something that you have decided is tied to your identity, a belief is exactly that, it is a thought that you have identified with. You have made it yours. You have taken it and put it inside of yourself and kept it and cherished it in some manner.
The way you can let it go is to of course attempt to convince yourself of the opposite, like you said, ' I do like summer it is comfortable' you may practice with affirmations or any form of subconscious training that you do have access to, you may research this, of course.
Another option is to simply drop it. The discomfort that you feel when it is hot, can be in this moment, 'I am hot' not 'summer is horrible', you see how they are different ? Summer is not necessarily horrible but in this moment you are allowed to be hot and uncomfortable. To anticipate being hot and uncomfortable, is also bringing that into your reality in a much stronger version. Everyone, or many people, feel the hot discomfort but they allow it to go the moment they walk into the air-conditioned environment or as soon as the evening descends, or any other example. But you have grabbed onto this idea that you will be uncomfortable, that you have to be uncomfortable and that it is part of your nature to be uncomfortable in the summer time. It is not part of your nature to be uncomfortable in the summer time, that is an idea, a thought. Your body, at different times in different experiences will be uncomfortable, this is a part of being human, and allowing yourself to see it as a far less broad, or generalized experience as 'summertime is hot', you will be able to find solutions that will not come to be when you are vibrating at the frequency of 'summer is hot and horrible' . Your first line of action is to stop talking about this topic. Do not continue to tell people that you dislike the summer, they do not need to know and you do not need to repeat it to yourself.
The second line of action is to catch yourself when you are thinking negative thoughts about the hotter months. And you will find that your experience of the summer in the same way that your friend no longer has allergies will shift and change because suddenly you will be in the frequency of "This June was actually very fresh" or I am so glad that the spaces and places with which I am interacting are so comfortable climate wise. Or 'Wow isn't the shade of this tree absolutely glorious' or 'Wow or this terrace has a misting spray that makes me feel absolutely comfortable'. New experiences will come to you, that confirm that you are indeed comfortable in the summer, because you have let go of the idea that you are not. [27:41 27:14]
Q05: Yes I see that. Thank you. I wanted to ask if you were with all that you know, if you were having a human experience, what are perhaps three or four things that you would do everyday, or that you would recommend, that humans do everyday, to be more in alignment or to align more with the fact that we create our own reality ?
V: [28:25 28:25] We would as many others, and as you are all waking up to suggest a silencing of the mind and body, for a period of time, in meditation or contemplation, for it is in this stilling, or stillness, that you are able to reorganize and recalibrate your mental activity which is almost always in it's heightened state, so to slow the mind, to slow the body, but temporarily on a daily basis, is fundamental to your human experience, at least to have it as close as possible to what you desire.
We would also suggest, listening far less to anything external to you, and far more to your internal guidance in the form of you own intuition, not thought perhaps but intuition, and emotion, which are two very important centers in each of you, and they are technologies.
That you have not quite understood yet, you are so good at understanding external technology but have not touched upon What is Intuition ? What is emotion ? on levels that allow you to navigate the user interface of these two fantastic tools at your disposition. So, listening to ones own intuition and ones own emotion.
Another very practical and useful practice would be to stop caring what anyone thinks about what you are doing or who you are. Everyone is on their own path, the majority of you are not even on your own path, you are on the paths of someone else or what has been offered to you as the path you 'should be on'. We would like you to come to the idea of if there was no one else on the planet, would this be happening for me. Would this be a concern of mine, would I care about this thing, would I take this action. If I were all alone would I have this belief. And begin to live your life, while of course, in integrity and respect for others, begin to live your life with out any concern to what anyone else will think because it is a very short period, after making that kind of decision, where what anyone else thinks continues to matter to you. If you decide that you do not care what anyone else things, then very shortly afterwards all of the circumstances of your life will fall into alignment with the person that you choose to be. Of course this is a task that because of your conditioning would require much self compassion as you worked through the emotions of letting go of caring what others think of you.
And of course, to put your energetic state of being above all, because it is in fact what is attracting your experience to you so the practices that you are already working with are indeed important, these Law of Attraction teachings are valid, the balance to them is to honor your human experience in the same way the balance to Self Realization teachings is to honor ones human experience. And when you do feel negative emotion to not make yourself into a victim of your own emotion, or make yourself into a villian or a failure or a not good enough at practicing positive emotion it is absolutely necessary and allowed to feel any negative emotions there is no need to fear them. But when one does have the energy to raise their vibration, one is always encouraged to do so and to not be lazy about it, because it is your complacency and your willingness to feel bad unnecessarily, that continues to maintain a status quo of the non arrival of things that you truly desire.[33:50 33:50]

Q06: Yes, I guess going on a little bit of a tangent, I wanted to ask you about tools like astrology, if in fact they are a tool, or would you say they are more of a distraction, are they useful, of course it is, that's a belief, we can choose to believe whether it is useful or not. so it acts in that way but overall I suppose in terms of what we could be doing with our time, is it when we are looking at astrology and I'm talking about evolutionary astrology in particular. How useful it that on our human journey ?
V:[ 35:02 35:02] You are writing your own script, and your own movie and your own experience. There is a infinite selection of experiences and tools in your human experience and in the parallel existences of all of reality, there is infinite opportunity, infinite variety, the tools such as astrology are indeed useful because you have created them to be. And if they are bringing you some amount of wellbeing and interest and joy, then they are as useful to you as for example someone who is interested in watching black and white movies, or someone who enjoys collecting coins, there is no more importance to one thing over another, however, as you are the creator of your reality and you are creating the experiences that you have, including the tools that arrive into your experience, then you are the one who is creating the validity or the uselessness of the tool itself.
We talk of any of these and even channeling, as permission slips as it is also you in this moment, that is creating the experience of speaking with us, so it is not that we can tell you it is valid. It is only you that can tell yourself if it is, and as long as it is for the amount of time or space that it is. There is absolutely no harm in following any of your passions or decisions or intuitions and this is something that is part of your experience because is is something that does interest you and does light you up. So back to our suggestion, or earlier of following ones emotion and intuition, with the emotion that you feel the joy that you feel, when looking into these things, and the intuition that has brought you to this particular modality in the first place. We can say that for you it is absolutely valid and the information that you are creating through that tool, through the permission slip of that tool, is more of yourself communicating to you because the universe does use every method possible to communicate to you and you have found something that helps you to listen to the universe in a deeper level in a way that is particularly interesting to you.
There are people who go and live in the forest. And they forage for their food and they do not wear shoes and they climb trees and they are very in touch with nature, and for them that experience is exactly the same as yours when you are looking at a chart. Because they too are finding the way that feels good to them to experience the whispers of the universe, the universe talks in every language, because it wants to reach the ears of every being. So, every single tool is valid to the person to whom it is valid. [38:51 38:51]
Q07: Ok, So that kind of leads me on to talking about life purpose. So when we are following our intuition and our emotions towards things that feel best to us, I know that this is a part of our life purpose, so is that essentially I mean all that there is, in terms of this experience that we have chosen to have. As humans. It's, I mean I have the understanding that the purpose is to be in this playground or sand pit where perhaps energy field or moves more densely and so manifestation creation happens more slowly so that we can gain a strong understanding perhaps of that intuition and emotion or I am not really sure. But I feel like the only reason we are having this experience is just to learn to play with energy, so I just wanted to know and as you say, people can do that is no many different ways, like you explain about the people in the forest or absolutely everybody can do that but of course a lot of people are not waking up to that. So yeah, I just wanted to hear a little bit more about this idea or like, what are we doing here and for those people who are completely unaware of why they are here, for their whole existence, what is the point for them ? I suppose as well.
V: [ 41:09 41:09] The lifes' purpose is that there is no purpose in an of itself, the way you described it is quite accurate, you are here to experience yourself. You are here to experience your desires and your passions and your particularities, and the contrast between you, your relationships and your pains and your woes and your worries, and your healings and your learnings. There are those of you who will weave that into a story about your purpose by creating people to serve or things to save or actions to complete. These are not necessary, everyone has a purpose, it is always the same purpose. It is to experience oneself the beings that you say do not wake up to themselves, they too are fulfilling their purpose, in that they are having that experience. So there is no need to reflect much upon them as they are perfectly in alignment with who they have chosen to come to be in this moment and do have their experience and do have their learnings and sorrows and wishes and wells. There is no point to life, life is the point. There is nothing to accomplish, there is nothing to do. There is no one to serve, and even the concept of learning it is not that you have to learn, it is your soul who is learning through you. So you may as a side effect of having connection with your highest being, come to understandings of the quote/unquote "Purpose or desires of your highest being" of your soul or oversoul or innerself, or that chintil of energy that is you at the core. But regardless of whether or not you do have access on a mental level to an understanding of what you might or might not be the learning that this energy or this, the learnings or the experiences that this energy has come here to have is absolutely unnecessary, because regardless of whether or not the human, the incarnate mental version of your understands what's happening, the happening is happening regardless. So from the human perspective one can look at their desire to have purpose and sit with what could come up as a pain, when there is the discovery of the purpose of the human self, it never going to be grander than the 80 - 120 years of your existence. Because it is brief and you will be forgotten. So you come and we hope that you enjoy and we suggest that you enjoy because you can make joy the purpose of your life. [45:07 45:07]
Q: Yes. So that brings, yeah so that probably brings me to a couple of other things. So in this case, well first of all, I will ask the first question.
Q08: So first of all do they exist, well I think that they do. Do past lives exist and what is sort of the cumulative role of all of these past live experiences.
V: [45:48 45:48] We will tell you that past lives do not exist only because the past does not exist but parallel lives do exist and they are connected with you. You would perceive them as the past but a more universal way of viewing this phenomena or condition or concept would be to understand that the reason why you are able to tap into what you would call a past life experience is because it is in this now, It is parallel to you and the energy that is shared between yourself and the other version of self is perhaps stronger in the span of time/space and those with whom you have these forms of connections, who do not in your understanding exist in the same space time, are indeed you. These connections are there and your ability to recall them or to interact with them or to tap into them in your subconscious regressions for example is because the symbiotic relationship between you and this other version of you is tight because there is learning that is occurring along a pathway that connects you, so if you have a past version in Middle England, that at times you have flashes to the experiences with which they have had in their experience, in their existence or they are currently having in their existence, in that parallel reality, then it is because the two of you have a shared goal, or a shared learning, or a shared soul that is simultaneously having those experiences, it's your consciousness that is able at times to bridge that gap.
We would like to expand upon this idea to let you know that even in your current reality those whom you experience as your partner, or your friends or your family members or your acquaintances are simultaneously versions of you. And that this thread that connects you to your past versions could and we believe within your lifetime, the skill will be available where they can be connected in the same way to you that you are connected to your 'past versions'. There is energetic exchange, already occurring between you and all other-selves and the only reason why you are not necessarily able to tap into that at all times is because you believe that you are separate beings because you happen to have separate bodies. You are not separate beings, you are all the same soul, there are those of you who are positioned closer together, and those that are positioned further. And this positioning can span what you perceive of as time and space. So, continue back to these past lives, they exist because they are closer to you position wise in space time/ time space, to your energetic signature and you are able to tap into their wisdom, and benefit from it, but as time is not linear we would suggest also to feel into your future selves, who also have a wealth of wisdom for you. It is your mind that believes it can only go past because you believe that time is linear, but we assure you that this particular concept or phenomena is timeless. And we hope that this has not confused too much the subject which has been studied upon your planet and has been researched because there has been experiential evidence of it, but the one key factor, that is missing is that it is not a question of past lives but parallel lives. And once this is understood more deeply, that time is not linear you will then free yourself to have more access, because it will no longer be a question of when did that being exist in physical form, and what life did they have, but when, where it this being, now and how can I connect with them more fully. You can have full conversations with your parallel selves who seem to be in past versions. And the experiences that they are passing to you are useful if not fundamental upon your current experience learnings. [51:16 51:16]
Q: Thank you, Yes that's very important to understand and I will think on that more. And yeah thank you for highlighting that it is not actually past but all simultaneous and parallel, including future selves.
V: [51:37 51:37] Something to add, only that the reason why when past life phenomena has been researched for example, for example you have a being who is recalling very vividly some detail of a past life, and then they go to a historial and they research this item, this situation, this what has occurred and perhaps they find, that the person that they believe themselves to have been did indeed exist in the location in which they felt that that thing had happened. But in the reality of the situation the person died in one manner and in the regression or the experience of the person who is in this same reality doing the research they died in a different manner and therefore the historian says " No, I am sorry there is no way this is your past life because this woman died in child birth and the one in your past life regression drowned." and that person goes away thinking well, past lives do not exist and I am deluding myself, even through it is so vivid that I was or experienced this lifetime of being thing other woman in this particular place and time, etc, and the reason why is because there are infinite parallel realities. This person in our now present time that has gone to the historian has indeed a connection with the version of that woman who did not die in childbirth and instead drowned. So it is extremely hard to prove past life phenomenon because it is not past but parallel. [53:24 53:24]
Q09: Yes, ok. So also which also ties to this idea of past lives and lack [of purpose ?]
I wanted to ask you about the role of suicide. So if, so there is no lack purpose, there is, there is nothing to get done and we are not as you said before, as Abraham says: 'You never get it right. You never get it done.' and so for those who opt out of the human experience for whatever reason, so for that self also remains and exists. And so in there is another self, many other selves that are perceived to have been in the past. But also that, the person, who decides today in our current reality to leave this human experience. Then of course potentially has a future self, a future self that is in a different body. Living a different life. So where is the impact of that, I suppose. So what is the impact if any from the person who decides by their own choice to cut this human experience short. The one that they are currently having.
V: [55:14 55:14] There is no more impact, for that experience of humanity than there is for any other. The impact relating to that particular concept is more the impact on the other selves that have shared existence with this being, during their human incarnation, because of the conditioning and beliefs around that subject, that life is sacred or it is not in your hands to choose when your departure from this experience would be. In terms of experiences on a soul level, it is a potentially undifferentiated from any other experience or any other form of death or any other experience of choice. That has existed in the incarnation, in that we are not suggesting this direction as of course, there is a new learning to be had upon the completion of any other and the cycles that one goes through.
Especially cycles of pain are there to point you towards what is wanting to be healed if it is not healed in this version of self, then it will be healed in another version of self, often you are even healing each other by healing your own pain. But there is no specific consequence of damage done, the All-That-Is has to include everything, it does include murder, it does include suicide, it does include any of the actions or interactions that you all deem as horrendous or evil, the All-That-Is needs to include every choice and every experience and therefore loves every choice and every experience equally. Whether one is in emotional pain and is able to get the help that they need and work their way through it, and come out the other side and help others, and whether they have chosen to take their own life in a moment of desperation, they are loved equally. There is no judgement. In all of creation, it is humans who enjoy placing judgement upon situation or circumstance and it is humans who enjoy condemning choices, and saying then that the soul is then unsalvageable it is not possible because you are all one soul. So if any one of you (quote/unquote) 'Commits a crime' that is not forgivable or does not have pardon, then all of you, all of everything that you are, and all that you see if evermore in a state of sin.
The pain that people experience before they make this choice is also part of the What Is, It is also necessary, it is not their fault, it is not their curse of burden, but it is at some level accepted by creation. And so is the compassion with which they are seen for having made that choice. Therefore, while again we do not suggest that pathway for any of you, because we have such reverence for your human experience and because it is so precious and because there is no guarantee that this will not be your last human experience.
