V: [00:24 00:24] You are invited
to find a comfortable seat and to close your eyes
so that you can shift your attention from an external vision
to begin to focus on what is within you
allow your sights to observe the colors
that they're able to perceive on the interior of your eyelids.
Allow yourself to feel the air, the room and
the exposed skin of your face your hands
and the contrast
of any of this exposed skin in temperature to the skin that you have covered with your cloth
and in those areas allow yourself to receive the contact of your skin to the cloth
focus on these details
is useful to slow the mind
to bring it to the present moment a search for the observation of What-Is in this now
as you perceive of what is in this now
shift your observation to your breath
how it effortlessly and without your guide enters into your body and exits
slowing now to the rhythm
of soft waves crashing on a shore
cleansing the sea of any debris not needed collecting minerals
from the land to sustain the life and the habitat within.
You may at any time focus on your breath
and now within you
both in your physical form and deeper containers of your non-physical being
you will find the seed and the source of awareness itself this neutral point that is already aware
already accepting
already all knowing
already surrendered
this observer
of you
and meditation is aligning with and observing this point
watch now as within your mind allow the concept the idea of this point to expand to engulf and encompass your deeper and more simple
experience of being
for it is not a point
that is just where you start from when you're not yet allowing yourself to be aware of awareness
it is the all-encompassing presence that allows your perception
stay now
with your awareness
watch how it is effortlessly
perceiving allowing and accepting All-That-Is
each sound
is received impartially
objectively
each sensation
on your skin
is received without judgment
and complete disinterest
awareness is
it is at all times 100 percent
merged and in flow with the What Is
this is You this is where you find your peace
because this is peace
stay with your awareness
with the universal is-ness
of awareness and bask in the knowing that each time that you remember
in your more mundane and everyday experiences each time you come back to this
truth of who you are you will have the same solace
the same peace
for this this awareness is the only element and aspect of you that is unchanging it is the only unchangeable fixedness in all of existence
you may come or be in this state
at any time
this is your home this neutral impartial
experiencer or witness of your life is
the root
of who and what you are
you may now allow your awareness to focus onto your breathing again
coming away from the
in differentiated sea of All-That-Is
to the specifics
of the air that's coming in and out of your lungs
you may call back your being into the individuation of your body you may call back your mind from it's abstract
omniscience
to the form that you have chosen with its
particulars
and thoughts that you're choosing to process in this day
and breathe into your body your mind
your spirit and heart reintegrate them moving forth with the knowledge
that each and every element and circumstance and situation that you encounter in this day
is in its perfect placement for what you yourself are choosing to experience and learn and heal and grow through on this day
and allow yourself to have the background of your awareness to lean upon
the perfection of your awareness to reflect and remind you
of the perfection of your individuation and experience and with the slow and fresh and joyful deep breath
you're invited to come back to your present moment experience
and to open your eyes
