What is it that you would have be the next chapter for humanity and the beings on your planet, and if each and every human on your planet practices the same [ cohortment or behaviours [04:44 04:44] that you currently practice, would the world match that next chapter of humanity that you would have.

This is the time of a call to action in only to match your actions with your desire and marry them in a more holistic integral and honest way. We do not deliver this call as it's creator for we are not who has created the call, you are.

In that is it not a higher call, it is not a higher call that is being offered to you, but the one of your own heart. We come or we represent only in this moment, in this now moment your reflection of a messenger, of that call. And as you ponder, these two queries, we would suggest to release and reneg all possibility of judgment of self or otherself. Remembering that now is the pivotal moment, now is always the pivotal moment and all that has arisen up until now, is only and can only ever be the perfect amalgamation of circumstance, event, and experience to [ bring me, to bring you to your source of power. 08:25 8:25] <---edit in words] even in your perceived darker moments, whether personal or collective, we remind you that is it always a moment of celebration, for you are always in the moment of having the most power to change or shift or move into deliverance of all it is that you could possibly want, so let us celebrate, all there is to celebrate all there is in this now, while making the conscious choices towards what it is that [ we would like, that you would like, in the next chapter of your story <---- edit words09:41 9:14]

V: Hello,

Q01: [11:3011:30] I have a pondering, ha ha and it's tonight I was getting, I was feeling guided to basically lay and meditate before our call, and I found my body wanting to go and make food and eat food. And I just recognized that this happens every so often when I am feeling the call, for a lot of relief mentally, so then I find my hands making food, to which I assume maybe I need grounding. And so I ask myself, well what was needed first, and my best assumption here is just to trust what is happening, but I would love for you to speak to this if you have any comments.

V: You may always trust what is happening, for it is what is happening, and therefore it is.
In terms of your body if there is a query, the answer lies in how your body feels after you have consumed such food, or if you then return to your intention to meditate or if the consumption of food is a distraction from the meditation because that is a uncomfortable state for you, only you can know the answers to this, but they are available to you through your body, for it is your body, that has called you to [13:21 13:21] interrupt your intention temporarily, basically do you feel well or unwell after you have eaten.

Q: Well I have usually felt not well because I am guilty that I did not meditate first as if that is always the better option.

V: How is your body feeling ?

Q: My body is feeling good, but mentally I am feeling not good, not awesome.

V: But you are adding the decision to not feel awesome to feel good, mentally on your own from the mental container. If the body, has made a decision for you to consume fuel, at that moment in time and then feels good about the consumption of the fuel in that moment in time, why would you then add to that, the negative emotional mental state of not feeling good when you could simply avoid that and continue your meditation at that point instead of wasting the time of feeling bad that you had not done it, it's unnecessary, understandable but unnecessary, your body has deep wisdom, your mind is very conditioned, the only times when there is confusion is when your mind is so conditioned that it believes that your body needs certain things and therefore you are not actually listening to your body. There is a slight element of this in this particular circumstance when you added in that you assume that it means you need grounding, it may mean nothing at all it may mean simply that there is fuel being requested by the vessel that has been profound wisdom, that is your body, it is not actually your body, you may think of it as a rental and renounce your ownership of it, in that way, respecting it as what is it a precious jewel of the earth that is on loan to you that is a collaborator with your mind of equal if not superior intelligence. It commands you, it has far more functionality and purpose than your intellect has it performs far many more functions in a day than your intellect does, and we are not saying that there is not a partnership between these two seemingly separate aspects, although they are one of you. But that you can respect and honor the body and it's needs and also practice your meditation, but remember it is the body meditating as well, for the mind is a function of the body, in the same way that the body is a function of the mind. Does this help to resolve the anxiety or discomfort around this pattern that you have revealed to yourself.

Host: So our next question if from Mark but he doesn't have a microphone so I will read his question for him:

Q02: [ Mark] Some people have to cope with more than just difficult feelings arising from our normal emotional life, that is, they have amplified feelings from hormonal imbalances (premenstrual disphoria disorder) that make holding onto a positive or even balanced perspective very difficult. The overwhelming feeling of negativity is quite disabling. What is the advice for helping to keep perspective in these difficult moments? Any advice would be welcome, from me and my partner.

Host: So Mark I am going to unmute you, I know you don't have a microphone, but we may pick you up through it. [ Static occurs]

Host: Unfortunately that will not work.[19:08 19:08]

V: It sounds almost as if there is advise from another being being transmitted simultaneously, [ Referring to static on audio] Thank you for the question, it is relevant to many, we will try to find an answer that alleviates some of the discomfort or helps to reframe what the experience is which we agree, is one that deserves compassion and understanding.

Every challenge or seeming challenge and difficulty in experience, is in place in order to allow for learning from that challenge and or experience, at times, the challenge, catalyst or seeming negative circumstance does not seem proportional or just, in comparison to what is seen all around, as in it does not seem that ones difficulties are of the same weight as those around them, the burden seems heavier, you have all heard the expression that god only gives one what they can handle, and in the case of amplified emotional turbulence, which is very prevalent on your planet or in your species, or as your experience has.

The first counsel that we would give, would be an acceptance that it is as it is, so if one finds oneself in a uncontrollable emotional situation where they feel as if they are skiing down a hill, through trees at full speed and are out of control of their emotional state, the first thing one would do would be to acknowledge that this is what is happening. Fortunately, you are not skiing down a hill amidst trees when you are having emotional states, as painful as they seem [23:04 23:04] you emotions cannot hurt you unless you let them. They are experienced as all other experience,

1. So the acceptance of being out of control of them is the first step towards understanding what to do with this sense of being out of control.

2. The second step would be a detachment to from the emotion itself,

So the negative emotion would have to be looked at, and taken one step back from by the mind, so not identified with in the way that is currently being identified with.

Instead of I am feeling desperate, the person feeling this emotion could say, desperation is happening they could say, the body has a sensation of desperation, they could say, I am having thoughts that are leading me to feel a sensation of desperation. But to no longer identify oneself, with the emotion. And to eliminate the idea that it is some form of external factor that is more in control of your experience of the emotional roller coaster then you are yourself, or your partner is. Once you look at this situation, have accepted that is is as is in this moment, not in the ideas of how it will be in the future or how it has been in the past, and can take one step back from the emotional states, windows of opportunity of solutions will naturally arise, and we understand that it does not seem that way [25:53 25:23] but you will find that in the every now emotions, cannot and do not harm you, it is your fear of emotions that cause you to make irrational decisions, and actions.

We hope that this aids in some way though we believe that until there is a loosening of the idea of being victim to something, then this counsel will not be heard. You have power and choice to make the decision, your partner has power and choice to make the decision in every now. To be in the difficult circumstance without fear, to be in ownership of themselves, even if it hurts, and even if there is fear, there is an element of each and every one of you that is able to rise above and beyond any and all circumstance. When a damn breaks it is your custom to gather sand bags and to protect the settlements below. While the man made dam is repaired. The truth is that the river will never stop eroding, at the concrete, no matter how thick it becomes, no matter how much force is placed upon it, to try to manipulate and control and the river is not afraid of sandbags, it sees each traffic light and brick and tree, in the settlement, as the same, it does not discriminate, between parrot and robin, man and woman, and there are not enough sandbags to save the settlement at this time. The villagers, would do well to understand the the river has it's wisdom, they would do well to let go the stubborn nature or making claim to the land on a bank that is not theirs, while there is time there is also opportunity for all of the villagers to take what they need and move to a more sensible plot of land.

We do not mean this as literally as it can be taken, the village is a 'stubborn opinions' ideas that humanity had built itself upon. There is so much opportunity to live in harmony, with what is coming, and by simply having the flexibility to understand that the entire home was made on shaky ground. Have the humility to face the reality of what is in front of them, in front of you and make that move towards what is sensible.

Back to this metaphor the earth has always provided for you the river has always selflessly and [ gratis provided 33:44 33:44] you with the water that you need to drink and survive, and the greed, the greed for power, caused you to create these dams as if you were not already provided for.

Perhaps it is unnecessary to speak with the ones collected here present as you all already know deep inside of yourselves that this is the case. But perhaps buy gathering your belongings and beginning the new settlement the others will follow.

This comes back to our query, at the beginning of this time together that are you living in a way acting and behaving in a way that supports the new earth that you want to see and if not are there changes that you can make, if not, you better start sewing your sand bags a bit quicker. Q04:[ Gail] So I have a question, just can you speak in some supportive way, that you are supportive already of course, about courage and conviction in stepping out into unknown areas as we feel inspired to do so during this tumultuous time, in our perspective ?

V: Yes, it is already a courageous question in that if you can ask this question you are already ready to step out, because it is based upon your instinct and it is based upon what is already being called though you. It is not so much about having courage it is about having trust in what is being called through you is relevant and will be received in and by whatever way or whom needs to receive it, you may have faith in yourself for the inspiration and ideas that come through you do not belong to you, they are chosen by you based upon your resonance and frequency, in alignment with them, but they are in the field. You resonate with the ideas that you have, so they are meant for you.
And you may have faith in that, that that will be a safe path for you.

If the idea in your mind, if you were to see another self, execute this idea, and if you would have said to yourself I am so glad that they did that thing, because somebody needed to do it, then it is you who is that somebody who needs to be doing it, it comes to you because it is you who has been chosen, by yourself, but you who has been chosen in this collective game, dance, to be the one who expresses in that way, and your expectations of the outcome may not arise, it may not have the end that you anticipate but that is ok, because what you are expressing for is not the end, it is for the expression of it, you do not know where your actions end, you do not know if now you have an expression that a small child witnesses on the sidelines, and twenty years from now uses as inspiration for their own expression which then makes huge impact on billions of peoples lives, that is not for you to know. That is trying to take claim for your expression, your expression does not belong to you. If it is being called through you, then it is you that it is being called though and that is enough permission to have complete courage and faith, in your path.

Q05: [ Karissa] [41:02 41:02] I loved the question that you asked, what is it you would have the next chapter of humanity to look like, and like am I practicing that and what I come to in myself is prioritizing first and foremost, ha ha, even before what I call serving others in a physical way is this way that I close my eyes and drop my attention into this very deep peaceful place, that just feels like it's way back into my consciousness, and so I know that this this is what is right for me right now and if there is any thoughts that it doesn't count, if it's not physically expressed, through what I would do with my time otherwise, like writing something. if there is a time that I believe it is the writing the action that is more of service. I think I am asking for just reassurance of my inner knowing, like in every moment I know what is the most potent way to use my time here. Does that make sense ?

V: Yes. A way to avoid needing confirmation for questions such as this, are to check in with whether or not the belief that is opposite, or the knowing is serving your or not, you are not obliged to take on a new belief or to eliminate a false belief, however, if you are on the threshold of trying to decide whether or not you would like to believe something new, simply analyse whether the other belief is serving. You can determine whether or not it is serving by how it makes you feel, if you feel as if you are worthless and not doing your best when you are not writing then check to see if that feels good.

Does it?

Q: No.

V: So you are free to let that go for it is not in alignment with that future self of you, who knows that in every moment as you said, you are in service, in fact you would then if you choose, or if decided to spend any more time on this topic have the possibility where you picked up the belief that you needed to be doing something to be worthy in the first place and dismantling where you adopted that belief, you could then salute it and let it go.

It is far faster to simply feel into whether or not it is serving, and choose to no longer believe that, you do not need external confirmation, because you have this potent internal confirmation.

Q06:[James] Ok I will talk louder, Just the relevance I have found of recently that made that when I meditate or I am in my space I am able to drop quite easily and other times I am not and of late I am seeing that it seems to be a bit more related to the Schumann Resonance, and I don't know if that is relevant or not, and I find that I go for many days that I cannot sleep that I have pain in my body but then all of a sudden it's gone and I can, and I have been searching for many tools I keep trying to find to work though this and I am just wondering if there is any insight or tools that I can be more aware of or different practices I can have, can you talk on that for me please.

V: Yes. [46:48 46:48] When one finds a permission slip for any circumstance or any situation that they are experiencing it can bring either relief or a new form of burden, in the case of what you are describing, perhaps before knowing, of the schumann's resonance, you had symptoms that you were unaware of that were causing you some discomfort, you made the connection to the magnetic resonance of the planet and perhaps at the time felt some relief because it seemed to be explainable, however, because this magnetic resonance is out of your control, seemingly, you are now a victim of the magnetic resonance, of the planet and searching for a solution the free yourself from this victimhood.

The fastest way to free oneself of the victimhood that one is perceiving, is to remember that they are the ultimate [ contrader, creator of their reality 47:50 47:50] that they have control over their experience and their reaction to their experience. You may choose to decide that your ailments are not related to something that is completely out of your control and assign to them the significance of some other aspect, that is in your control. You are asking us directly what is that aspect that you do have control over and we are telling you that you can choose it to be anything that resonates for you, therefore, you can choose for it to be some gadget that you attach to your telephone that eliminates electromagnetic frequencies, you can use for it to be some herb that you find at a chinese remedy specialist, you can choose for it to be any number of things, but you are now in the moment of choosing. We do promise that when you do choose something for you that does feel comfortable to you and it may simply be doubling your intake of water, then you will have less of these symptoms, you will convince yourself that you can feel well for longer, and you will alleviate this problem that is not external to you, remember, it is something you are creating for your own learning.

Now if there is a secondary learning that is necessary by having physical ailments they will not be removed by your new choices because they are serving you more by continuing to exist in your field than they would be by leaving your field at this time. So, we give you the same advise that we did earlier, the first step, is to accept completely that this is the situation, to remember that in each and every now you are completely safe, even with discomfort, and that you can choose to interact with the discomfort, and on what level you are willing to accept, this may be a exercise in surrender.
