Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: Once purchased all sessions are non-refundable. If you have an emergency or need to reschedule an appointment please contact me at least 36hrs in advance. --- I work with a limited amount of clients per week to ensure that there is time and energy to focus on your session and to ensure that you are getting the best service from myself and Vagrein. If you need to cancel your session, please do so 36-hours in advance so that someone waiting for a timeslot can have the opportunity to schedule. If you cancel after 36 hours or no-show you will not be refunded for the session. Exceptions to this are at the sole discression of JP Herman on a case by case basis . If you have an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can offer an alternative time if available.
